Know who’s at the front door at all times and enjoy peace of mind – anywhere, any time with the right video door intercom system from Siedle. Thanks to the Siedle app, your door bell is mobile. The signal with live feed is also received on your smartphone, via Wi-Fi at home or via the mobile phone network when on the move. Residents can see who’s ringing the door bell at all times. And if it’s really important, they can open the front door with their smartphone.
Lucas is home early again: His last lesson was cancelled. Without a key, he would have to wait outside the door. But luckily, his parents have had a video door intercom system installed. This also forwards the ring signal to their smartphones. The Siedle app can be used on several mobile devices at the same time, making it completely family friendly.
Lucas’s mother happens to be home today. She’s just picked up her smartphone to check for any messages. Lucas is ringing the bell! Thanks to the Siedle app, she can see him on the display – and let him in at the same time. To do so, she simply swipes the virtual key into the lock in the Siedle app. The Siedle app changes the colour to confirm that the door release has been activated. The call station on the wall is not needed in this instance. But it is helpful in many situations as a permanently installed backup, such as when your smartphone is not to hand.
Secure data, server in Germany
The Siedle app offers maximum data security. Communication is encrypted – both between system and server and between the server and the app. So there is no personal data on the server. All data is hosted in Germany and is subject to strict German and European law. Siedle also provides regular, free app updates. These are sent straight to the mobile device and ensure long-term data protection.
