Doel en juridische grondslag van de gegevensverwerking (art. 13 deel 1 c GDPR)

  • Garantie van de toegangscontrole en van het huisrecht op de locaties of bij evenementen van de verantwoordelijken, voor het vervolgen van veiligheidsovertredingen en voor de veiligheid van de bezoekers in het geval van brand (art. 6 deel 1 f GDPR)*

  • Omzetting van EU verordeningen door veiligheidscontroles volgens EU verordeningen 881/2002 en 753/2011. AEO sanctielijstcontroles (art. 6 deel 1 c GDPR)

  • Informatiedeling tegenover het bureau voor volksgezondheid of de locale politie instanties ten behoeve van de navolgbaarheid van informatieketens na eventuele actuele infectiewetgeving (IfSG / Duitse infectiebeschermingswet)

  • Het email adres wordt gebruikt, om veilig te stellen, dat alleen bevoegde personen toegang tot het bezoekers Wi-Fi netwerk verkrijgen. (art. 6 deel 1 f GDPR)*

De gegevensverwerking volgt uit de interesse, om alleen bevoegde en geautoriseerde bezoekers toegang tot de bedrijfsruimten van de verantwoordelijken te bieden, om de wettelijke en vastgelegde eisen aan een werkzame en uitvoerbare toegangscontrole om te zetten. Eveneens worden de gegevens gebruikt, om veiligheidsovertredingen, die door een bezoeker worden begaan, te kunnen vervolgen.

Tegelijkertijd worden de gegevens in geval van brand gebruikt, om eventueel aanwezige/vermiste personen te identificeren en om dienstverleners voor het redden van personen te kunnen inzetten.

Ontvangers of categorieën van ontvangers van de persoonsgebonden gegevens (art. 13

Verbonden ondernemingen, ontzorgingsdienstverleners; software-fabrikanten, cloud aanbieders; veiligheids dienstverleners; strafrechtelijke instanties, brandweer; evenemenentbureaus

Overdracht in derde landen (art. 13 deel 1 f GDPR)

Er vindt geen overdracht van gegevens naar derde landen plaats.

Opslagduur volgens wettelijke bewaarplicht (art. 13 deel 2 a GDPR)

Het wissen van persoonsgebonden gegeven geschiedt in de regel binnen 7 dagen na het einde van het bezoek. De in het kader van de actuele Corona verordeningen/van de actuele infectiebeschermingswetten opgeslagen gegevens worden na vier weken gewist.

Recht op informatie, berichtgeving, wissen, beperking, gegevensoverdraagbaarheid en weerspraak (art. 13 deel 2 b GDPR)

Als betroffene(n) heeft u altijd het recht op informatie, berichtgeving en wissen van uw gegevens en op beperking van de verwerking, evenals het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Richt u zich hiervoor a.u.b.tot de verantwoordelijke door middel van de aangegeven contactgegevens.

Wederspraakrecht (art. 21 deel 1 GDPR)

Voorzover de verwerking van uw gegevens geschiedt voor het navolgen van gerechtigde interesses, heeft u het recht, om deze verwerking via onze opgegeven contactgegevens op ieder moment te weerspreken, wanneer vanuit uw bijzondere situatie redenen ontstaan, die deze gegevensverwerking ongeldig maken. Wij zullen deze verwerking dan beëindigen, tenzij zij dient voor overwegend beschermende interesses onzerzijds.

Bezwaarrecht (art 13 deel 2 d GDPR)

Als betroffene(n) kunt u zich bij bezwaren op ieder moment tot de verantwoordelijke bestuurspersonen voor de gegevensbescherming en de informatievrijheid van Baden-Württemberg wenden.

Bestaan van een opeisbaarheid voor de terbeschikkingstelling van persoonsgevoelige gegevens (art. 13
deel 2 e GDPR)

De opgave van de voor- en achternaam is voor de identificatie van de bezoeker vereist. Zonder deze opgave kan geen toegang tot de locatie van de verantwoordelijke worden verleend. De opgave van het email adres is vrijwillig en wordt gebruikt om zeker te stellen, dat alleen bevoegde personen toegang tot het bezoekers Wi-Fi netwerk verkrijgen.

Transfer to third countries (Art. 13 para. 1 f GDPR)

Data transmission to third countries takes place according to the statutory admissibility regulations pursuant to Article 45 GDPR, read in conjunction with Art. 46 (5) S. 2 GDPR). The GDPR provides for continued validity of the appropriateness resolutions already issued. For the EU-US Privacy Shield, the Commission has determined the appropriateness of the level of data protection (C(2016) 4176 final).

 

Storage period in accordance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 13 para. 2 a GDPR))

Generally 10 years on revocation by a customer.

 

Right of access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 13 para. 2 b GDPR)

As a data subject you have a right of access, correction and erasure of your data and of restriction of the processing as well as a right of data portability. Please contact the controller in this connection using the contact details provided.

Insofar as the processing of your data takes place in order to maintain legitimate interests, you have the right to object to this processing at any time using the contact details we have provided if reasons arise from your special situation that conflict with this data processing. Erasure of the personal data generally takes place within ten years after termination of the business relationship unless a longer statutory storage period exists in exceptional cases or in the case of revocation by an data subject.

Storage period in accordance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 13 para. 2 a GDPR)

Erasure of the personal data takes place six months after termination of the application process, taking due account of Section 61b (1) of the German Labour Court Act (ArbGG) in conjunction with Section 15 of the German General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG). If the applicant is accepted in the applicant pool, erasure takes place after 2 years have elapsed if no suitable position can be offered.

In the event of employment, the necessary data will be included in the personnel file. The information on erasure of the relevant data is available under the duty of information on employee data processing.
