Ändamål och rättsliga grunder för databehandlingen (art. 13 avs. 1 c GDPR)

  • För att garantera passerkontrollen och rätten till hemfrid på lokaliseringsorterna eller under evenemang som organiserats av de ansvariga, för att kunna följa upp säkerhetsintrång och för besökarnas säkerhet vid brand (art. 6 avs. 1 f GDPR)*

  • Omsättningen av EU-förordningar genom säkerhetskontroller enligt EU-förordningarna 881/2002 och 753/2011. AEO-sanktionskontroller (art. 6 avs. 1 c GDPR)

  • Meddelande om information gentemot hälsonämnden eller den lokala polismyndigheten för att kunna spåra infektionskedjor enligt den aktuella tyska infektionsskyddslagen (IfSG)

Bearbetningen av datan utförs enbart för att kunna tillåta behöriga och autentiserade besökare att få tillträde till de ansvarigas affärsrum, för att kunna omsätta de lagliga och kontraktuella kraven på en effektiv och förståelig passerkontroll. Datan används även för att kunna spåra säkerhetsintrång, som har begåtts av en besökare.

Samtidigt används datan vid brand, för att kunna identifiera eventuellt närvarande/saknade personer och informera räddningspersonalen.

Inga data överförs till tredje länder.

 

Lagringstid enligt lagliga plikter på lagring (art. 13 avs. 2 a GDPR)

I regel raderas den personrelaterade datan inom sju dagar efter det att besöket har avslutats. Den data som har registrerats inom ramen av de aktuella Covid 19-förordningarna/den aktuella infektionsskyddslagen raderas efter fyra veckor.

 

Rätt till information, rättelse, radering, begränsning, dataportabilitet och invändning (art. 13 avs. 2 b GDPR)

Såsom beträffad person har du alltid rätt till information, rättelse och radering av dina data och till begränsning av bearbetningen, samt en rätt till dataportabilitet. För detta, kontakta de ansvariga personerna under de angivna kontaktuppgifterna.

 

Rätt till rättelse (art. 21. avs. 1 GDPR)

I den mån bearbetningen av dina data grundar sig på skydd av legitima intressen, har du alltid rätt till att invända mot denna bearbetning under våra angivna kontaktuppgifter, när din speciella situation skulle vara en grund för att motsäga denna databehandling. Då avslutar vi denna bearbetning, ifall den inte övervägande tjänar våra skyddsvärda intressen.

 

Rätt till klagomål (art. 13. avs. 2 d GDPR)

I fall av klagomål kan du som beträffad person alltid vända dig till den person som är ansvarig för dataskydd och informationsfrihet för delstaten Baden-Württemberg.

 

Om det skulle vara nödvändigt att ställa personrelaterade data till förfogande (art 13
avs. 2 e GDPR)

Uppgiften om för- och efternamn är nödvändig för att identifiera besökaren. Utan denna uppgift kan inget tillträde till den ansvarigas lokaliseringsort tillåtas. Uppgiften om mailadressen är frivillig och används för att kunna säkerställa, att endast behöriga personer erhåller åtkomst på besökarnas WLAN.

Data transmission to third countries takes place according to the statutory admissibility regulations pursuant to Article 45 GDPR, read in conjunction with Art. 46 (5) S. 2 GDPR). The GDPR provides for continued validity of the appropriateness resolutions already issued. For the EU-US Privacy Shield, the Commission has determined the appropriateness of the level of data protection (C(2016) 4176 final).

 

Storage period in accordance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 13 para. 2 a GDPR))

Generally 10 years on revocation by a customer.

Storage period in accordance with statutory retention obligations (Art. 13 para. 2 a GDPR)

Erasure of the personal data takes place six months after termination of the application process, taking due account of Section 61b (1) of the German Labour Court Act (ArbGG) in conjunction with Section 15 of the German General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG). If the applicant is accepted in the applicant pool, erasure takes place after 2 years have elapsed if no suitable position can be offered.

In the event of employment, the necessary data will be included in the personnel file. The information on erasure of the relevant data is available under the duty of information on employee data processing.
