Siedle IQ is a door communication system – with a platform, services and devices. The product family is extremely easy for professionals and end users to understand, install and operate. And all of this with the usual quality you expect from the Black Forest.
The heart of IQ: this is where devices, electricians, residents and property managers are all connected. It is where everyone involved can get an overview of everything relating to IQ. It is where electricians can visualise their entire workflow and complete many tasks remotely. It is where systems can be updated via remote maintenance – and where the full system history is documented, too. What's more, there are a whole range of additional services, such as automatic security updates.
It is also here that building developers can easily plan their system in advance and then quickly find an electrician in their area.
Siedle IQ consists of a door intercom unit, indoor intercom units, platform and two apps for installation and operation. The systems are incredibly easy to install and put into operation. With the Siedle configuration app, you can get everything set up in just a few quick steps: Simply scan the QR code, add devices in the app, connect and you're done!
In the development phase for Siedle IQ, we drew on our many years of expertise as a pioneer in the field of door communication. The design idea and operating concept have been thought out entirely from the user's perspective and have been recognised with the iF Award and the German Design Award.
The devices are built to last, sustainable and easy to repair, as well as being network-ready and compatible with mobile services using a smartphone app. Personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU's Cyber Resilience Act and is protected by regular security updates.

Talk: The IQ configuration app makes it super easy to install IQ systems and set them up in just a few simple steps: simply scan the QR code, add devices in the app, connect and you're done! You don't need to be there in person – systems can also be installed just as well by employees or trainees without extensive specialist knowledge.
The IQ platform provides a complete overview of the electrician's workflow. It is the central access point and resource for anything relating to IQ. All the installed systems can be viewed here at a glance, complete with their entire history. Status reports provide information on the current status of projects and the condition of the systems. From initial customer enquiries to maintenance logs – everything you need to know about the project can be found here, clearly documented.
Often, everything is quicker if it’s done remotely – saving you valuable time that you would otherwise spend on site. Which is why IQ systems can be monitored and maintained remotely from your desk. Automatic updates can also be applied easily from the platform. The systems can be accessed at any time in order to perform a restart or self-test, for example.
