Detached family home in Marbach
Planning: Michael Lippl, Pfaffenweiler
Developer: helibau, Pfaffenweiler
The proportions of this small house are perfectly attuned to the roof overhang and roof pitch dictated by local building tradition – while still making its own unambiguously contemporary mark.
The basic equipment installed by the developer Helibau includes Siedle Vario door communication for flush mounting, equipped with a letterbox, intercom unit and backlit info module. The dummy module permits simple retrofit installation of a video camera.
The developer's concept is as simple as it is effective: The architect considers the impression made by door communication in the entrance area as early as the planning stage, and does not leave this important equipment feature to chance. Instead, he suggests a suitable complete system to his clients and makes use of the variability of the Vario system to create an individual design concept.
