How are the name entries and individual images/text managed?
Provided the device can be controlled via the IP network, customer-specific information can be changed on the intuitive configuration interface of Siedle Touch.
Questions about installation and mounting
Can Siedle Touch be supplied in different mounting versions for Siedle Steel?
Yes, Siedle Touch is available for surface mounting (AP), flush mounting (UP), and the free standing pedestals from Siedle Steel.
What do you need to be aware of when individually integrating Siedle Touch?
For safety reasons, it must be installed in an area that is protected against the weather and behind the existing front panel. When doing so, the installation depth for the flush-mount housing must be taken into account.
Additional components such as a door loudspeaker module, camera, etc. must be ordered and integrated separately.
Can Siedle Touch be combined with products from other manufacturers when individually integrated?
No, Siedle Touch is not compatible with products from other providers. Only Siedle products can be installed in a system with Siedle Touch.
What needs to be considered when positioning the video panel?
Siedle Touch is suitable for installation in outdoor areas protected from the rain. Direct sunlight on the surface of the display must be avoided. In the case of a custom installation solution, the display must be accessible for servicing.
