The IQ indoor stations enable mobile door communication without any complex installation work: Simply mount and connect the Siedle IQ and link it to the router using the Siedle app for iOS and Android. The Siedle app guides you quickly and securely through the registration process – no specialist knowledge is required. Commissioning takes just a few minutes.

Older intercom systems also have access to mobile door communication: they can be retrofitted with Siedle IQ and the app. The connection to the digital world works regardless of how old the system is. The IQ in-house telephones require an additional power supply for a stable WLAN connection. Siedle offers needs-based solutions for this.

The encrypted connection to our server forms the basis for mobile door communication with the Siedle app. The IT processes, which also include data exchange with the server, are certified in accordance with ISO 27001. The server, located in Germany, represents our investment in the future and is at the heart of the intelligent "Siedle IQ" system. Everything that is connected to the Siedle server in future, will be part of Siedle IQ.

Do IQ in-house telephones need an additional power supply?

Our IQ in-house telephones are installed just like conventional in-house telephones. There’s only one difference – they need an additional power supply for a stable WLAN connection. Siedle offers solutions to suit your needs.

Which in-house telephones are suitable for upgrading to Siedle IQ?

The IQ in-house telephones enable almost all older Siedle systems to be upgraded for mobile door communication. This overview shows which in-house telephones are suitable.

The HTA 711 has a plug-in cord, light button and door release button as well as one tone each for door and storey call.

The HTA 811’s characteristic features are the three buttons, the plug-in receiver and tones for distinguishing between door and storey calls.

When do I need Siedle IQ HTS and when do I need IQ HTA?

It depends on the technology installed on site. The Siedle IQ HTA replaces in-house telephones which were installed in 6+n technology. The Siedle IQ HTS, on the other hand, replaces in-house telephones which were installed in 1+n systems. These are still available – therefore Siedle IQ HTS is also the right choice for new installations.

In the case of the Siedle IQ in-house telephone for the 1+n system (Siedle IQ HTS), the QR code is on the device (under the receiver). This is reused for each log in. If the QR code is missing, a second QR code can be found inside the device.
