Our service doesn't just make repairs, it also advises our customers because sometimes, switching to a new system is more cost-effective than constantly maintaining an old one. Even then, existing housings and cabling can often be reused.
We keep parts, capacity and machines available so that we can continue to supply the necessary spare parts even many years later, and we have employees in our service centre who have been working at Siedle for over 30 years. Their experience and knowledge of devices that haven’t been available for a long time is an endless source. Of course, all this comes at a cost. But the effort and expense is worth it.
