The Siedle Secure product range is growing: The Siedle Secure Extension extends the Secure Controller system control centre and offers additional switching contacts for door control and functions. The Secure Extension makes setting up and extending an access control system easier and more flexible – not to mention significantly more cost effective.

More cost-effective access control
Each Siedle Secure Controller can be extended with up to 2 Secure Extensions for door control or up to 4 Secure Extensions for switching functions. The cost savings result from the cost-effective price: Compared to a Secure Controller, the Secure Extension is only around a third of the price. This means, for example, that an access control system with 12 doors is more than 40% cheaper.
Each Secure Extension allows an additional 4 doors to be controlled or other functions to be triggered, such as activation of lighting, control of a lift or analogue release of individual storey access points.
The new extension opens up countless possibilities for tailoring access control to the required functions and the number of connected inputs, especially in apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and mixed-use buildings.
Simple commissioning
As a rail-mounted device, the Secure Extension requires 6 horizontal pitches and standard cable for installation in a control cabinet. Power can be supplied via the Secure Controller. Commissioning in Plug+Play mode is incredibly easy: As soon as the device has been assigned in the system via the software, it can be used.

Siedle Secure provides powerful access control for residential and commercial buildings.The product range includes the Secure Controller system control centre, the new Secure Extension and the proven entrance controller for smaller residential units. RFID transponders with MIFARE DESfire EV2 technology are available as electronic door openers, either as key fobs or in credit card format. The readID One reader quickly reads the transponder data and enables convenient user management. The product range is rounded off with the electronic key reader for Siedle transponders and the Siedle code lock. The function modules are available in the Siedle Vario, Classic, and Steel design lines.
