Access application licence “Access Software Concierge” for the operation of the ASC software on the Access Professional system.
The ASC is the central communication interface at the reception.
Function overview:
• Several audio and video connections can be shown simultaneously
• Convenient call forwarding functions
• Advanced concierge video functions (door video forwarding and concierge camera)
• Status overview of all doormatic door statuses
• Convenient switching/control and display functions
• Camera functions (live mode: View of 1, 2 or 4 manually selected camera(s); camera scan: Automatically changing view of selected cameras; video memory: View of manually or automatically taken door call images)
• Global contact list
• History

System requirements:
• Microsoft® Windows 10, 11
• Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.8 or later
• Microsoft® VC++ Redistributable Package (x86) in current version for Windows
• Microsoft® Media Feature Pack (Windows N- and KN-editions only)
• Graphics card with at least 1280 x 800 pixels
• Sound card

The software can be downloaded free of charge on the downloads page of the Access Server, which you can access via the login page.
The licence key for activating the software is subject to a fee. You can purchase it through your Access Certified Partner.
The Access Professional basic licence, the Access Professional software package and additional user licences or optional application licences can be purchased exclusively through an Access Certified Partner.
