Next generation Siedle Vario
The Siedle Vario has been a multi-talented design icon since 1981. It combines functional modules in flexible combinations: a principle that is as brilliant as it is simple. The result is a neatly arranged and functionally impressive door intercom system. The next-generation Siedle Vario boasts improved usability, IP functionality and a more modern look. Assembly and installation are quick and easy.
Unrivalled variety: Siedle Vario
Siedle Vario function modules
The door loudspeaker is durable, extremely reliable and can withstand outdoor conditions. The angle of the narrow strips ensures both protection against moisture and the excellent acoustics typical of Siedle.
The call buttons are designed so that almost the entire surface triggers the call signal. A haptic response and acknowledgement beep clearly indicate that the call was made.
The call button module is available with one, two or four bells. Even in systems with several signs, the names and buttons are clearly assigned, with the vertical line at the edge of the buttons providing orientation.
This camera’s horizontal pick-up angle of 130° is the perfect choice for most standard applications at the entrance.
With its large horizontal field of view of 175°, the camera 180 covers almost the entire entrance area, thereby offering maximum security.
Lots of space for house number, names, opening times or the call number list for the code lock. The lights’ colour temperature and uniform arrangement improve clarity.
Opens the door or serves as a control centre for everything with a switching function. If combined with a user list in the info module, the code lock also works as a call system.
Secure, easy, convenient: Open the door with your own finger. No need to worry about your key being lost, misplaced, forgotten or stolen.
Siedle Vario letterboxes
The Siedle pass-through letterboxes for flush mounting with huge capacity practically disappear into the wall, with a height of just 15 millimetres, the mounting frame sits slenderly on the wall.
The letterboxes for front removal are available in surface mounting and flush mounting versions. A profile protects the post from damp, the damper prevents irritating rattling, while functions such as the mail notification system or electronic unlocking are possible.
The space-saving letterbox takes up little space but offers a lot of capacity; available in housing heights of 20 and 30 millimetres, it can also reliably hold large volumes of post. It can be integrated in free-standing systems or surface-mounted on the façade.
The Vario colours
Siedle Vario is available in four standard colours: Alongside white, silver metallic and anthracite grey, micaceous dark grey provides individual accentuation. In addition, we can provide paintwork finishes in any optional colour from the RAL palette or to match customer samples.
Mounting methods
The Siedle Vario’s installation system is based on some truly innovative features. The basic functions of every door intercom system, such as the door loudspeaker, call buttons and video camera, are connected with each other and the information field via plug connections. This eliminates the risk of installation errors. Suitable Siedle accessories are available for connection to additional Vario modules. Siedle Vario is also backwards compatible with all previous generations.
When flush mounted, Siedle Vario sits elegantly in the façade. Housing, wiring and supply disappear in the wall, the system frame only protrudes by 15 millimetres. The pass-through letterbox can also be integrated along with all functions.
When surface mounted, Siedle Vario is also compact and slender – this method makes sense on listed buildings or insulated façades.
The system concept means there are several ways of positioning Vario systems as free standing systems: with legs or on a pedestal. Space-saving letterboxes can also be integrated in both versions.
With fully flush installation, the mounting level is sunk so low that items only project if the function requires it – such as with the video camera or spotlights. Thus, the communication system is nearly seamlessly integrated in the façade.
