Design freedom
Spot on: Siedle Steel
Maximum quality, individually produced: Each door intercom system in the Siedle Steel design line is configured and manufactured as a unique piece according to the customer’s specifications. The first of our two design aims is maximum freedom. Perfection is the second. An aim that accepts no compromises.
Siedle Steel function modules

The loudspeaker and microphone form the basis of every intercom system. Siedle offers perfect voice quality, even in noisy environments.

Light and call buttons in backlit plastic, made of solid metal with laser lettering or engraving – filled in black on request.

The alternative to standard buttons. Made from the solid metal of the front panel, these are clearly identifiable and easy to use.

Scroll and tap – with Siedle Touch, it really is that easy to dial. These displays are available with a large 10-inch or a practical 5-inch screen.

With its large horizontal field of view of 175°, the camera 180 covers almost the entire entrance area, thereby offering maximum security.

Made from the front panel material, solid, brushed or coated surface.

The contrasting mounting level becomes visible through the lasered cutouts in the solid front panel.

Opens the door or serves as a control centre for everything with a switching function. If combined with a user list in the info module, the code lock also works as a call system.
Siedle Steel letterboxes

The post falls into a shaft and is removed from within the building. The pass-through flap is made of the front panel material. The flap closes softly, so you can say goodbye to irritating rattling!

The free standing pedestal with receipt of post is typical and true to form for Siedle Steel: The letterbox housing with front removal only protrudes as much as required to do its job.

Siedle letterboxes do much more than just hold post: They offer damp and removal protection, a mail notification system, electrical unlocking, a delivery box for parcels and much more.
Always perfectly powered – line rectifiers from Siedle
Siedle’s intercom systems are as individual as their power requirements. And these are covered by our line rectifiers. Nowadays, new systems are installed in the In-Home bus, so we specifically focus on line rectifiers for this installation technology. You can find an overview of the line rectifiers for the 1+n and 6+n intercom systems as well as for our Siedle Access Professional IP system here .
Our partners in electrical planning and installation will advise you on the right power supply and the corresponding Siedle line rectifiers.

This extremely cost-effective device is standard in the In-Home bus. It supplies audio and video users as well as the door release and nameplate lighting. It is designed for up to eight residential units.

In the classic door intercom system, the Siedle bus line rectifier supplies and controls the door release, nameplate lighting and up to 31 audio users per line. You can have up to 15 lines.

In new and existing systems, our bus video line rectifier serves up to 31 audio and video users per line; with 15 possible lines. An optional video amplifier can be plugged in.

The NG 706 line rectifier supplies additional components and functions, the PSM 1 12 24 supplies individual IQ in-house telephones and bus video panels and the TR 603-0 transformer supplies the door release and nameplate lighting.

Communication and signage system
We have developed a communication and signage system which combines the unlimited variety of the high-end Siedle Steel communication system with an ergonomically optimised signage system. The result is a perfect welcome – consistent and uniform throughout the entire building.
There’s more to the perfect welcome than the entrance alone. Visitors are initially greeted by a parking sign or the garage entrance and make their way to a specific room. Different functions are important at each stage along this route: Identification of the building and its occupants, interaction with the host, internal access and finally guidance to the destination.

Laser - a perfect match
Typography is part of Siedle system design: Our lettering service guarantees a perfect, consistent look. We offer a high-tech laser process for the metal surfaces of Siedle Steel. This is precisely tailored to suit the material in question. Large-scale inscriptions, such as logos are even cheaper with laser lettering than with engraving. Painted and colour anodised surfaces cannot be laser marked for technical reasons, but they can be engraved.

Generally, building numbers, storey designations, street and company names, characters and digits on call buttons as well as letterboxes are lasered and – exclusively with Siedle Steel –the code lock and call display buttons.

Names can be added to Siedle Steel call buttons in four ways: Backlit plastic window, lasered metal, engraved metal and also engraved metal filled in black.

Siedle offers the ideal lasering process for almost every metal: gleaming metallic finish for stainless steel, chrome and brass; a premium matte finish for PVD coatings, a bright natural finish on burnished brass and a dark elegant look for aluminium.

Laser lettering also allows individual designs on a space of up to 480 x 800 millimetres. These include company logos, opening times, pictograms, symbols and much more.

Siedle tests, develops and produces special markings with laser technology, such as orientation aids, signage systems, and safety and operating instructions.

Laser technology achieves high contrast and precision. The lettering is easy to read, flush and resists the effects of abrasion and weather. Reorders are delivered within five working days. Existing door stations can be fitted with new lasered call buttons or carrier plates.

Lettering according to requirements
Even the Siedle Steel lettering can be highly customised. The size of the area for lettering can be varied; in the case of foil and screen printing technology, a font, font size and colour of your choosing can be used. Logos or other graphics can also be applied. Building numbers can also be produced with raised numerals.

The numerals and letters are cut out of the cover plate with a laser in the typical Siedle typography; the mounting plate beneath becomes visible. This technology is suitable for lettering that does not need to be changed.

The lettering is milled into the surface using a tool, either covering the entire face of the lettering or as a contour. In full-face engraving, the lines of the milling process remain visible. Changes cannot be made later.

Clever construction: The removal door opens to the front rather than to the side; the post is held securely and does not fall to the floor. The pass-through flap and removal door are made of the same material as the front panel.

The font colour is applied directly to the surface. The print is extremely durable and weather-resistant. It cannot be removed without damaging the surface. Therefore, the process is not suitable for lettering that is subject to change.

Foil lettering is easy, low cost, high contrast and UV resistant. From a font size of 10 millimetres and above, adhesion strength is very good. The foil can be removed without damaging the surface. This technology is thus particularly suitable for lettering that is subject to change.

This method is extremely versatile and can be used to print any image or even photos. The weather-resistant foil is printed and applied flat across the surface, making it easy to replace. The underlying material remains visible on unprinted areas. We use this method for the Steel, Classic and Vario design lines.

Door communication from Siedle is incredibly versatile.
