The Siedle app turns your smartphone into your door key: Simply open the app, press the door release and let yourself in. No more rooting around in your jacket and pockets for your key!
To open the door, simply swipe the key icon into the lock. The Siedle app changes the colour to confirm that the door release has been activated.
A reliable helper
The Siedle app really comes into its own as a reliable helper when no one is at home. Such as when a parcel arrives. Or your child gets home from school earlier than expected. Thanks to the Siedle app, you can be there when it matters. The signal from the intercom system is transmitted to your smartphone via Wi-Fi or mobile phone network. You can talk to visitors and open the door at any time, even if you're on the move or at the office.
The Siedle app can be used on several mobile devices at the same time, making it completely family friendly.
PIN protection and secure data transfer
A smartphone is more secure than a conventional key. After all, mobile devices with PIN unlocking are well protected against unauthorised access. In contrast, a lost key can be used to open the matching lock at any time.
The Siedle app also offers maximum data security. Communication is encrypted – both between system and server and between the server and the app. So there is no personal data on the server. All data is hosted in Germany. Siedle also provides regular, free app updates. These are sent straight to the mobile device and ensure long-term data protection.
