1. Order
Our trade partners from the fields of electrical installation, wholesale, architecture and planning bureaus are able to order additional licences direct from the Siedle representative in their country.
End users should please contact their nearest electrical installer.
Please remember to order additional licences in good time so that they are available when you need to commission the system.
2. Hardware ID
To order additional licences, please keep the hardware ID of your Siedle product ready to hand.

3. Shipping
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation. The ordered licences will then be sent out shortly afterwards by e-mail in Zip format file.
5. Commissioning
We will explain how to import the licence file into the system and how to create additional IP users in the commissioning instructions.
