Siedle represents German design

10.04.2010
For the touring exhibition “Design Deutschland 2010”, the German Design Council selected several Siedle products, including two new products: the Select letterbox, the Select light and an in-house telephone in an individual design will accompany the exhibition to Milan and New York, as exemplary models of German product design.

With the “Design Deutschland” exhibition series, the German Design Council regularly presents an up-to-date review of German product design to the international public. This year, the exhibition complements two top-class furniture fairs: the Fuorisalone in Milan and the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) in New York.

According to the German Design Council, what distinguishes these designs from the Federal Republic of Germany is their systematic quality – a good reason to explain why the jury regularly chooses Siedle products for its exhibitions. Both the Select system and the in-house telephones by Siedle are based on just a few, well thought-out elements, which may be combined to form a wide range of different designs. Siedle will be presenting the new comprehensive Select system at the Light+Building fair 2010 in Frankfurt am Main.
