Double the size of screen, same price
Siedle provides major upgrade for entry-level video door communication: From now on, the video indoor stations of the Compact Sets will come with a 8.8 cm (3.5") screen. This will provide almost double the monitor size compared to the previous 6.3 cm (2.5") screen. It now offers a screen area of 34 instead of previously 17.6 square centimetres.
Despite the upgrade, the prices will remain unchanged: Users will receive significantly enhanced performance for the same money. The improved picture quality and easier recognition are immediately visible - already compared to the previous Siedle standard and even more so in comparison to other makes with smaller picture formats.
Big can be beautiful
The trend towards miniaturization does not offer the best option in every case. A Video intercom has to be big enough to offer optimum functional characteristics and be easy to operate - even if you have forgotten your glasses or are not blessed with delicate fingers. This is why building owners should ensure that extreme compactness of design does not compromise functionality. A 8.8 cm screen offers almost twice the screen area of a 6.3 cm monitor. Which can make a decisive difference when looking from unfavourable angle or with impaired vision. Siedle recommends all building owners to check out the reproduction quality before investing in a video surveillance system - ideally by a direct comparison. |
