Demographics and personnel management course
From the autumn of 2012, Siedle will be offering a new course entitled "Business Administration - Demographics and Personnel Management" in association with the Cooperative State University Villingen-Schwenningen. This is a reflection of the company's response to the current demographic development, which is bringing about a shortage of skilled labour in Germany. "We decided to offer this course because we will require even more highly qualified employees in the future", explains Head of HR Rosmarie Glaw.
Alongside traditional personnel-specific topics, the course will concentrate on such areas as demographic research and age structure analyses, personal development and health management. In Baden-Württemberg, the course will only be offered in Villingen-Schwenningen.
