Industry helps the hungry
The "Stiftung Wirtschaft Hilft Hungernden" foundation pursues exclusively humanitarian objectives. It finances its aid projects from donations received from private individuals, from industry, from the Board and Advisory Panel.
Horst and Gabriele Siedle are founding members of the Foundation. Horst Siedle is involved in the Advisory Panel, Gabriele Siedle is Deputy Chairman.

Horst-Siedle Foundation
The charitable Horst-Siedle Foundation lends support to social and cultural projects in Furtwangen and the surrounding area, including nursery schools and associations, but also private families in need. It recently contributed 300,000 Euro towards the maintenance and extension of the Furtwangen St. Cyriak Old People's Home.
Company owner and Chief Executive Horst Siedle launched the foundation to mark his 60th birthday. He donated a generous initial capital injection which he has since topped up on several occasions.
